〔AI頻道／綜合報導〕美國政府進一步限制中國人工智慧模型進入聯邦資訊系統。美國國土安全部（DHS）10月19日依據《2018年聯邦採購供應鏈安全法》發布命令，要求聯邦民事行政機構停止使用 DeepSeek 產品與服務，移除現有系統中的相關軟體，並禁止後續採購。這項命令於10月20日刊登在美國《聯邦公報》，編號為2026-21447，管制範圍不只 DeepSeek 官方產品，也包括整合或依賴其模型的第三方軟體與服務。這次禁令主要針對聯邦政府的資訊系統及採購流程，美國一般消費者與民間企業不受直接限制，國防及情報單位則依既有國家安全規範辦理。若部分機關因國安調查或關鍵任務需要使用相關技術，仍可向國土安全部申請專案豁免。
