Northern Taiwan to remain cool and rainy before warming up Thursday - Focus Taiwan

Northern Taiwan will remain cool Wednesday as seasonal northeasterly winds affect the region, with localized showers expected in areas north of Taoyuan, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said.
