成大迎95周年校慶 科技領袖聚焦AI人才戰略
AI浪潮席捲全球，台灣科技業除了搶攻市場商機，也面臨新一波人才挑戰。成大95週年校慶邀請旺宏、智勝等企業領袖，聚焦AI時代人才戰略。企業十分憂心，台灣少子化帶來研發與製造人才缺口，如何善用AI、培育人才，成為台灣延續產業競爭力的重要關鍵。同時也面對美國期中選舉後，對AI監管政策變化，十分關注。成大95週年校慶重頭戲今（5）日熱烈登場，現場聚集了重量級的科技業領袖，議題焦點全放在AI浪潮下的人才戰略。 旺宏董事長吳敏求：「我會用我內人跟我的名義，我們會捐一筆錢到史丹佛大學，因為那是我的畢業學校，作為一個基金，然後讓成大每年選一個最優秀的學生，到美國去唸書，然後將來再回到台灣來。」 旺宏董事長吳敏求大方宣布，要捐出200萬美金，幫助台灣培育頂尖人才，現場響起一片掌聲。然而AI快速改變產業結構，從半導體、材料到智慧製造，企業搶的不只是商機，更是優秀人才。 智勝科技董事長楊偉文：「景氣這幾年以半導體產業，是一直持續成長的，所以我們自己公司一直在擴廠，那我們的同業我知道的，大家也在擴廠。人才的部分，台灣人才問題不只是研發人才，其實連製造人才都是很大的問題，因為現在普遍人力不足，年輕人越來越少，而且不太願意去走到製造業。」 智勝董事長楊偉文憂心台灣少子化問題以及產業轉型，成功攜手母公司頌勝科技，從傳統PU材料導入半導體CMP研磨墊。 而在AI伺服器相關設備上取得好成績的新代董事長也提出，要讓AI填補人才缺口，另外對於美國期中選舉後可能帶來變化密切關注。 新代科技董事長蔡尤鏗：「這個大哉問，我們審慎樂觀，台灣目前還是屬於AI產業的檯面上冰山，所以台灣是這波AI紅利的最大收穫者。但是其實更重要的是，台灣的企業有沒有好好利用AI，去改善自己的經營成果。」 美國選後對AI監管變化，科技大老闆們誰都不敢輕忽，而國際政策牽動企業布局，AI時代的人才培育，更是競爭的關鍵。（記者朱月英、姚尹哲／新竹採訪報導）
