圖／本報資料庫商傳媒｜吳承岳／台北報導加拿大道明銀行旗下的美國道明銀行（TD Bank U.S.）近日宣布推出人工智慧（AI）工具「TD Credit Assist」，旨在大幅縮短商業授信分析所需的時間。這項創新應用將過往需耗時長達三個工作天的初稿準備流程，縮減至不到三十分鐘即可完成，顯示人工智慧在金融服務領域的巨大潛力。 TD Credit Assist 透過整合大量複雜文件資訊，為商業授信備忘錄的六個關鍵部分自動生成結構化、附註引用的草稿。一份授信審查可能涉及多達二、三十份交易文件，涵蓋逾五十種文件類型，而這套系統能夠同時處理、萃取、分析並組織這些資訊。在測試階段，該工具生成的報告有高達 95% 通過了專業領域專家的審核。 美國道明銀行商業銀行主管 Jill Gateman 表示，透過自動化初步草擬的行政工作，授信專業人員能將更多時間投入於理解客戶業務、評估風險及客戶互動，同時維持嚴謹與問責原則。該銀行擁有超過三百名授信專業人員，每年總計產出逾一萬份授信備忘錄，此工具的導入將能顯著提升營運效率。 人工智慧分析、情報與 AI 部門主管 Ted Paris 指出，未來的銀行業發展將是「以人為主導，AI 輔助增強」。TD Credit Assist 證明了人工智慧能接手耗時的準備工作，而授信專業人員仍能居於核心，運用經驗判斷、評估風險並做出明智的授信建議。這項技術的開發由 TD 旗下 AI 研發中心 Layer 6 負責，並結合了商業授信專家、科技、風險、架構及治理等各領域的專業知識。 此次發表於 2026 年紐約 Evident AI Symposium 研討會上，同時美國道明銀行在評估全球五十家大型銀行 AI 成熟度的 2026 年 Evident AI Index 中，排名已躍升至第十位。這項成果也為台灣金融科技業者和銀行業帶來啟示，透過借鑒類似的人工智慧應用，可望提升營運效率、降低成本，進一步優化服務品質，以因應日益競爭的金融市場環境。
