Video does not show stabbing at Trump rally

Police have denied rumors that a stabbing took place outside Donald Trump's rally in Ohio, after right-wing social media users claimed a liberal protester jumped one of the US president's supporters with a knife. While protests have followed the Republican leader as he has crisscrossed the country ahead of pivotal midterm elections, the videos spreading online show a skirmish between two Trump supporters in which, according to local law enforcement, an intervening officer's pocketknife accidentally clipped onto one of their shirts.
