Ministry proposes regulating ride-hailing platforms under taxi rules - Focus Taiwan

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) on Thursday proposed bringing online ride-hailing platforms under the same regulatory framework as taxi service operators, with the new rules expected to take effect as early as late November or early December.
