Video shows Dutch PM defending ICC, not saying the international tribunal is 'finished'

Footage of Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten defending the International Criminal Court during a UN meeting has circulated online with overlaid text mocking that the tribunal "is finished", but some social media users have mistakenly taken it as a quote attributed to the head of the country where the ICC is based. An AFP review of his whole speech shows he did not make such remarks and he was in fact denouncing attacks on the ICC after the United States announced sanctions on the tribunal's judges.
